We must receive your return in accordance with the criteria listed below. If not, we retain the right to withhold your refund. Please remember you are liable for any diminished value. We need to be able to sell the product again, and therefore, it is important that we receive it back in the same condition as when it was delivered to you.
Criteria for approval of returns:
- Products purchased at sweetprotection.com may be returned up to 30 days after the day on which you acquired physical posession of the goods.
- Returns must be registered through our return portal.
- Make sure that the return only consists of the items registered through the return portal.
- Products must be in unused condition and returned in their original packaging.
- Do not stick or write anything on the original packaging.
- Products must have all tags attached.
- Products must be returned together with all the accessories they came with.
- Products purchased anywhere except sweetprotection.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- Sweet Protection will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased product in the same form as the original payment.
- Refunds may take between 14 business days to process once a return has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Products purchased on sweetprotection.com cannot be exchanged at present, and you must place a new order if you want another colour, size, or product.
- The original shipping cost is not refundable under the extended return policy.
- Products purchased with a discount in a campaign period may be returned for a refund, but they cannot be exchanged.
- Returns from Nordic countries (SE/DK/FI) must be returned with Bring/ Posti
- Returns from the EU (excluding SE/DK/FI) must be returned with DHL Express.
