We recommend you report your return at www.klarna.com or in the Klarna app. As soon as you have reported your return, your Klarna payment is paused. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email with updated payment information from Klarna.
You can also choose to pay the full invoice in advance if you like. If you choose this option, the refund will be issued once the return is received and processed.
