Sweet Protection warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two-years from the date of purchase. Claims are taken on a case-by-case bases. If approved, a onetime replacement will be sent; however, we cannot guarantee the same product, size or color as originally purchased.
Damage due to wear and tear, misuse or neglect is not covered under warranty. Products bought at sample sales are not covered under warranty.
Replacement parts: Some items may not require a full replacement and can be repaired with a simple replacement part. These cases do not qualify for warranty replacement. All spare parts are shipped via standard mail from our Denver, Colorado office.
To file a claim, order number must be provided, along with pictures of the damaged item.
